Products and prices
PetalHook offers finished physical crochet goods and downloadable crochet PDF patterns. Each product page identifies what is included, available options, and whether the order is for a shipped physical item or a digital file. Please review that page before ordering. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout clearly displays a different currency. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and the order total must be shown before you pay.
Orders and payment
Each order is a one-time purchase. No product order creates an ongoing paid plan or recurring charge. Payment is handled through the checkout provider displayed when you place your order. An order is accepted after payment and order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund the full amount paid.
Shipping
Finished crochet pieces ship free within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays) and typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Digital patterns
PDF patterns are delivered electronically: after payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Nothing is shipped for a PDF order. See our Digital Delivery Policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
An order for a finished piece can be cancelled free of charge until it ships. Unused finished pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. PDF patterns cannot be returned once delivered, unless the file does not arrive, cannot be opened, or is materially different from its listing. Full details: Returns and Refunds Policy. Pattern license
The design and instructions in every PDF pattern are © PetalHook. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the pattern. You may sell small handmade quantities of items you make from a pattern if you credit PetalHook, but you may not copy, share, resell or redistribute the PDF file or its contents.
Intellectual property
The text, images, product designs and patterns on this website belong to PetalHook or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Product images and availability
Product pages provide the images and information for each item. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. We may correct errors or update availability; changes do not remove rights relating to an order already placed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first so we can put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
