This policy applies to downloadable crochet PDF patterns sold by PetalHook. Each PDF listing is clearly marked as a digital pattern. A digital pattern is a set of written instructions, not a finished crochet item, and nothing is shipped for a PDF order.
How you receive your pattern
After your payment is confirmed, we send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout. Open the link to download the PDF and save it to your device.
File format
Patterns are PDF files written in English using US crochet terms. They open in any standard PDF reader on a computer, tablet or phone, and can be printed at home.
If your link doesn’t arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm the email address used at checkout. If the email still hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, contact support@petalhook.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Problems with a file
If a file is missing, inaccessible, damaged, or materially different from its listing, contact support@petalhook.com with your order number. We will restore access or refund your purchase.
Refunds for digital patterns
Because digital files cannot be returned, PDF patterns are final sale once delivered, except in the cases above. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Pattern license
Each pattern is for your personal use. You may sell small handmade quantities of items you make from it if you credit PetalHook, but please do not copy, share or resell the PDF itself. See our Terms of service.
