What’s the difference between a PDF pattern and a finished piece?
A PDF pattern is a digital guide: written instructions you download and crochet yourself. Nothing is shipped. A finished piece is a physical, ready-made crochet item that we ship to your address. Every product page and your cart clearly show which one you’re buying.
How do I receive my PDF pattern?
After your payment is confirmed, we email a download link to the address you use at checkout. If anything goes wrong, write to support@petalhook.com and we’ll help.
Which crochet terms do the patterns use?
All patterns are written in U.S. crochet terms, and each pattern lists its skill level.
How much is shipping for finished pieces?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. See our Shipping & delivery policy for details.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused finished pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. PDF patterns can’t be returned once delivered, unless the file doesn’t arrive or can’t be opened. Email support@petalhook.com with your order number to start.
