Getting your PDF pattern
- Complete checkout using an email address you can access.
- After your payment is confirmed, open the PetalHook email containing your download link.
- Click the link, download the PDF and save it to your device. You can print it or follow along on screen.
No physical item is shipped with a digital pattern order.
If you cannot find the email
Check your spam or promotions folder and search your inbox for “PetalHook”. Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct. If the email still hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, contact support@petalhook.com with your order number and the email used at checkout, and we will resend it.
If the file won’t open
Use a standard PDF reader, such as the one built into most phones and computers. If a phone browser has trouble, try downloading again on a computer. Still stuck? Email us and we will send a fresh copy or provide the remedy described in our Digital Delivery Policy.
