This policy applies to finished crochet pieces. PDF patterns are digital files and are never shipped; see our Digital delivery policy.
Shipping costs
Standard tracked shipping (USPS Tracked Delivery) is free on all orders.
Optional upgrades at checkout
You can choose to add an upgrade when you check out. It is never selected for you, and the price is shown before you pay.
- USPS Protected Delivery, $3.95: tracked delivery with cover if your package is lost or stolen in transit. If that happens, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund your order.
- USPS Priority Delivery + Protection, $7.95: sent with USPS Priority service, with the same lost-or-stolen cover.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always covered at no cost, whether or not you choose an upgrade. See our Returns and refunds policy. If we cannot ship your order, any upgrade fee is refunded together with your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We may add more destinations in the future.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays.
Delivery time
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you tracking details so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Delays
If we learn we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will contact you before that time runs out with the revised timing and your options, including cancellation and a prompt refund where required by law.
Address changes and questions
For an address correction, delay, or delivery issue, contact support@petalhook.com or +1 (320) 413-9605 as soon as possible and include your order number. We may be unable to change an address after the order has shipped.
