PetalHook sells finished physical crochet goods and downloadable crochet PDF patterns. Each product page states whether you are buying a shipped item or a digital file. Please review the listing before ordering.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order for a finished piece free of charge until it ships. Email support@petalhook.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we will confirm the cancellation and refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the return process below applies. PDF orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been delivered.
Returns of finished pieces
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
To start a return, email support@petalhook.com with your order number. We will confirm the return and send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
Digital PDF patterns
PDF patterns are digital files delivered by email and cannot be returned once delivered. If your file does not arrive, cannot be opened, or is materially different from its listing, contact us and we will restore access or refund your purchase.
